Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Stock is subject to availability. A confirmed order may require payment or deposit before dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier or upon in-store pickup. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the shipment.

Warranty terms are provided with your invoice and vary by product category. Returns for change-of-mind may not be accepted on configured or special-order items. Defective items must be reported promptly with supporting details.

To the extent permitted by law, Xeon Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Sindh.
